BeauteSync Inc. is seeking a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Mississauga facility.

The successful candidate will coordinate container pickups and unloading, receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse organization. This position requires strong teamwork, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of operational results.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations;
- Coordinate container pickup, arrival, unloading, and receiving arrangements;
- Verify incoming products against shipping and receiving documents;
- Organize product put-away, storage locations, and inventory;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly schedule and conduct physical inventory counts;
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse;
- Prepare, verify, and release customer pickup, local delivery, and carrier shipments;
- Process receiving and shipping records accurately using computer systems;
- Coordinate with Sales, drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and office teams;
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time;
- Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies or damaged products;
- Assign daily tasks and follow up to ensure completion;




- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors and waste;
- Follow and enforce company warehouse and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse operations or supervisory experience;
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written;
- Solid teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable supervising others while also performing hands-on warehouse work;
- Proficient with computers and able to process shipping, receiving, inventory, and container records;
- Able to coordinate container arrivals and unloading schedules;
- Able to lift and move items weighing approximately 30 kg safely;
- Experienced in operating a stacker and other warehouse equipment;
- A valid forklift operator certificate is required;
- Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of results.

Compensation and Benefits

- Annual salary of C$45,000–C$50,000, based on experience and qualifications;
- Three-month probationary period;
- Extended health benefits available after successful completion of the probationary period;

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
