Join InnServices as a Water Compliance Supervisor and drive compliance across municipal water systems. This hybrid role combines leadership with regulatory assurance in water and wastewater management. As a Compliance Supervisor reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will oversee Risk & Compliance Specialists within a unionized framework.

Your duties will focus on ensuring adherence to critical legislation while fostering a positive work culture and supporting ongoing staff development. Quality management systems, regulatory audits, and compliance analyses will be central to your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily supervision of compliance specialists
- Oversee compliance activities and reporting obligations




- Implement and improve water quality management systems
- Provide training on compliance regulations
- Facilitate stakeholder relations during audits and inspections Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years in water/wastewater operations
- Robust understanding of regulatory environment and compliance
- Internal Auditor training is an asset
