Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water and Sewer Topman to lead and oversee the ditch. This vital role involves coordinating Pipe sizing and delivery to the ditch . also ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating team efforts to keep essential infrastructure functioning efficiently. Duties

- Lead the operation of heavy equipment such as excavators and assist with the installation, and repair tasks on water and sewer lines
- Oversee the safe handling and use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical systems during maintenance activities
- Coordinate the setup and operation of bucket operations for lifting materials or personnel in confined or elevated spaces
- Conduct inspections of existing infrastructure to identify issues related to mechanical failures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by implementing proper rigging techniques,



lockout/tagout procedures, and personal protective equipment protocols
- Supervise team members during complex tasks involving heavy equipment operation and ensure timely completion of projects

Skills

- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience water/sewer systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for repairs or installations
- Expertise in rigging techniques for lifting heavy components safely.
