The Fairvern Long Term Care Home is seeking an IPAC Lead to drive infection prevention and control programs, monitor outbreaks, and coordinate with Public Health for managing outbreaks at the home.
You will chair the Infection Control Committee, oversee staff education on IPAC, and coordinate immunization and surveillance activities. The role requires leadership, audit skills, and on-call availability, with a permanent full time contract.
