Become a Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

In this position, you will work directly with clients to support their daily living needs and promote their personal growth. Candidates with experience in mental health, risk management, or trauma-informed care are preferred, as well as familiarity with FASD. Your efforts will help individuals lead fulfilling lives within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities

Requirements:
• Access to reliable transportation
• Preferred 3-6 months of experience in related fields
• Relevant education in developmental services or youth work
• A commitment to diversity and community values
• Solid communication skills to engage with clients
