Direct the Assertive Community Treatment Teams at SHIP in Mississauga, ON, with a focus on clinical excellence and recovery-oriented care. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and program oversight.
As the Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership for two ACT teams dedicated to serving adults with serious mental illnesses. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with OAAF ACT Program Standards, maintaining team fidelity, and overseeing clinical decision-making. You will promote a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach, enhancing access to mental health services and supporting a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational management of interdisciplinary ACT Teams
• Ensure effective treatment planning and risk management
• Monitor program performance indicators and client outcomes
• Manage staffing models to sustain effective service delivery
• Facilitate program planning and current initiative evaluations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Five years leadership experience in community mental health
• Familiarity with ACT philosophy and standards
• Proficient leadership and mentoring abilities
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License needed
