Key Responsibilities:
• Manage event bookings from inquiry to execution
• Conduct site tours for clients and plan detailed events
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown on-site




• Ensure all teams are informed of event requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout events

Requirements:
• 2+ years in event coordination or hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Proficient in maintaining event records and budgets
