Key Responsibilities:
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure adequate resources are available
• Provide leadership and training to crew and labourers
• Maintain clear communication with staff, management,



and clients
• Document daily progress, safety meetings, and hazards identified
• Operate tools and equipment as project demands dictate

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Clean class 5 driver’s license is essential
• Exceptional safety process understanding
• Completion of H2S and First Aid certifications is preferred
