Empower seniors through recreation as AgeCare's Recreation Services Manager. This key role focuses on promoting well-being through coordinated programs and vibrant social activities.

In this position, you will develop and implement a range of programs that meet the diverse needs of residents. Your leadership will be essential for maintaining a stimulating calendar of activities, managing volunteer efforts, and supporting resident and family councils. You'll also address concerns and ensure they are prioritized in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain calendars of diverse recreational activities
• Facilitate programs, events, and volunteer opportunities
• Maintain resident assessment and care planning documentation




• Manage the coordination of spiritual and cultural programs
• Directly respond to resident and family concerns

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in recreation services for seniors
• Certification in protected food handling
• Preferred: Certificate in Volunteer Management
• Commitment to enriching the lives of residents
