Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure safety for all children and youth
• Facilitate skill-building and recreational activities
• Provide one-on-one support and mentorship




• Complete daily documentation and incident reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on family goals

Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Work or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Knowledge of behavior management and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to uphold confidentiality standards
