Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical team activities and support staff
• Conduct assessments and monitor behaviour plans
• Provide mentoring and training to clinical employees

Requirements:
• Master's Degree required
• Registered Behaviour Analyst in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of assessment experience
• Preferred 1 year of team leadership experience
• Familiarity with ASD treatment approaches
