This role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications, supporting corporate communications alongside cross-functional teams. With a focus on social media strategy, content development, and crisis communications, the External Communications Lead will ensure cohesive messaging across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee content creation for key stakeholders and campaigns
• Manage investor and media communications for corporate announcements




• Support stakeholder engagement in public-sector projects
• Collaborate on crisis communication protocols and messaging

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Communications or related field
• 5 to 7 years of corporate communications experience
• Strong writing skills tailored for diverse audiences
• Experience in social media management and performance analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
