This role requires a motivated LPN to assist in nursing care, foster patient advocacy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, giving assessments, and documenting vital patient information. Northern Health values teamwork and expects you to support recent staff orientation in addition to standard nursing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to assigned patient groups
• Conduct assessments and evaluate care interventions
• Document patient information accurately and promptly




• Advocate for patients’ holistic needs
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

Requirements:
• Recognized Practical Nurse program graduate
• Active LPN registration with BCCNM
• Basic cardiac life support certification required
• Proven communication skills for patient interaction
• Strong ability to participate effectively in a team
