Reporting to the Store Manager, your purpose-driven approach will help both you and the team achieve performance goals while fostering an inclusive and positive store setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Connect authentically with customers to provide exceptional service
• Educate on product benefits and natural wellness
• Make personalized product recommendations based on customer needs




• Collaborate with team members to build a sense of belonging
• Assist in achieving store KPI targets and goals

Requirements:
• Ability to engage with customers in a scented environment
• Strong aptitude for sales and upselling products
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
• High school diploma required
• Track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs
