Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough resident clinical assessments
• Maintain care plans and documentation accuracy




• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans
• Assist with scheduling resident care conferences
• Provide direct care and administer medications

Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Current registration in Alberta
• Over 3 years’ experience in seniors’ health
• CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
