Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership to Housing Support Workers
• Conduct regular supervision and feedback sessions
• Assist staff in case management and timely housing support
• Monitor performance against housing delivery expectations
• Lead team meetings and team-oriented discussions

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant area
• A minimum of 3 years in case management or development
• Valid Alberta Class 5 License and vehicle
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Knowledge of issues affecting Indigenous communities
