We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Surveyor to join our dedicated property services team. Your expertise in managing responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical maintenance will ensure that our residential properties meet top-quality standards while adhering to health and safety regulations. This temporary contract provides an prospect for both immediate start and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pre- and post-inspections for maintenance projects
• Oversee work specifications for void properties




• Manage and execute cyclical maintenance programs
• Create detailed maintenance specifications and schedules
• Evaluate contractor performance and compliance

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social housing property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of applicable building standards
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage a diverse workload
• Relevant qualifications in surveying or construction
