In this role, you will oversee the Gator Care program, providing both classroom support and enriching experiences for JK to Grade 6 students. Collaborating with colleagues, you’ll enhance students' educational journey while nurturing a safe, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee enriching programming for Before and After Care
• Substitute for Junior School faculty during absences




• Supervise students during recess and lunch
• Support student transitions in specialist classes
• Maintain accurate records for billing and attendance

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Relevant experience with children ages 4-12
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive and flexible approach
• Available for varied shifts during care hours
