As a vital member of our team, a Recreation Leader will oversee the planning and implementation of engaging programs for seniors. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure resident participation in multiple activities monthly
• Lead and nurture recreation staff and volunteers
• Maintain program budgets and monitor expenses




• Collaborate to organize resident-centered activities
• Promote community engagement through volunteers

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Therapeutic Recreation
• At least one year in healthcare experience
• Minimum two years in program development for seniors
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Search certification
