Hansen Industries is hiring an experienced Welder to work the Afternoon shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday. Your main duties will involve operating and maintaining welding equipment, inspecting welds, and adhering to safety protocols. You will work with various materials, ensuring quality from setup to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and adjust welding equipment during production
• Read and interpret job specifications and drawings
• Inspect all finished welds for defects
• Use welding skills to repair any faulty items
• Assist in maintaining a safe working atmosphere

Requirements:
• C level welding ticket is essential
• Experience working in a manufacturing workplace
• Capable of interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
• Skilled in welding various materials including aluminum
• Creative, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
