Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through calls and Salesforce CRM
• Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
• Follow up on marketing leads and inquiries

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3+ years experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
