Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor health center-based Medical Assistants
• Ensure high-quality care from MAs within their scope
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones for training and feedback
• Manage scheduling, attendance,



and compliance with policies
• Communicate patient care updates and lead team meetings

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or EMT-B certification
• Preferred supervisory experience in healthcare
• Certification in basic life support (CPR)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
