Purpose:
The Bilingual Library Assistant, Lead Hand provides administrative, customer service, and lead hand support for the Frost Library, under the direction of the Curriculum and Course Support Supervisor.

Education:
High School Diploma.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 months related experience as a YUL Library Assistant.

Skills:

Effective customer service skills.

Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and professional conduct.

Ability to understand and demonstrate instructions, policies and procedures.

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Notes:
Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
