The anticipated annual base salary for this position $79,400 - $104,300. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.

Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting full time opportunity to join our Parts Supply team located in Bowmanville, ON. This role will report directly to the Manager, Parts Supply and will support the achievement of department customer service targets through forecasting, ordering, and distribution of essential service parts.

WhatYou’llBeDoing:

Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.

Monitoraccessoryand service partssalesand inventory levels, and conduct sales forecasts byleveragingthe monthly vehicle forecast schedule provided by Sales and Inventory Planning.

LeverageInstallation Rates and Vehicle production at model and suffix level to ensure just in time delivery of PortInstalledOptions& InLineaccessories atvehicle processing centres andmanufacturing plants.

Investigate and complete root cause analyses of supply disruptions and impacts to customer fill rate,



develop counter measures to mitigate future inventory shortfalls.

AnalyzeTCI’s accessory inventory toidentifycurrent and futureobsolescenceobligations, create action plans and present opportunitiesto improveprofitability.

Complete yearly PNC factor analysis for new model service parts to ensure parts availability during first 6 months of vehicle life cycle.

Preparenecessary files and completetasksrequiredformonthly forecastsand vendor purchase orders.

Partner withDevelopment Team, Marketing Team, Sales Inventory Planning and other stakeholders on product launch readiness, backorderETAsand other general inquiries.

Identifysupply challenges anduseToyota Business Practices(Kaizen)todetermineroot cause and implement counter measures.

Maintain the integrity of all information in Parts Ordering System at the Part Number level.

Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports focusing on efficient inventory management.

Other duties as requested orrequired.

WhatYouBring:

College/University degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or equivalent work experience.

Preferably three years’ related experience ininventorydemand planning,operations,or similar discipline.

Knowledge ofinventory forecastingand distributionrequired.

Expertknowledge of MS Office with advancedExcel skills.

Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, and IBP forecasting, is considered an asset.

Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills.





Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability toinitiate& improve processes to increase efficiencies.
