Establish and enforce governance models, operating rhythms, and standardized workflows that support predictable delivery and effective decision-making.
Monitor execution across squads, ensuring adoption of global workflows, OKRs, and operational standards in partnership with Program Operations.
Build and maintain area-level workstreams that clarify ownership, surface risks early, and enable teams to manage interdependencies proactively.

Strategic Alignment & Measurement
Lead OKR creation, alignment, and tracking across Product, Tech, and Design for the Revenue & Growth vertical.
Use financial modeling and business context to support prioritization, investment decisions, and long-range planning.
Provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to guide decision-making and ensure program-level impact.

Program & Operational Leadership
Proven success owning portfolio-level planning, roadmap alignment, governance, and execution across multiple teams or squads.

Strong experience establishing operating models, ways of working, and reporting mechanisms that improve delivery consistency and transparency.

Ability to manage complex, multi-quarter planning cycles with significant cross-team dependencies and evolving business priorities.
