This is a part-time position with a variable schedule based on operational needs. Hours typically range from 20-25 hours per week and increase to approximately 35-40 hours per week during technical rehearsals and performance periods. Evening and weekend work is required.

Position Overview
The City of Burlington is accepting applications for a Specialized Program Instructor, RCC – Theatre Production to support Fall/Winter/Spring Burlington Student Theatre programs for children aged 4-17 years.
Reporting to the Artistic Supervisor, Program & Theatre Services, this role is responsible for coordinating the technical and production operations of Burlington Student Theatre, supporting the successful delivery of multiple productions each season, including mainstage productions at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre. This role oversees production planning and logistics, mentors youth technicians and volunteers, and works collaboratively with artistic, technical, and program staff to ensure safe, high-quality productions from pre-production through final performance.
