About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Aviation Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, service scheduling, administration, inside sales, and logistics responsibilities in a rapid-paced aviation environment.

As the Aviation Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating aviation safety equipment inspections and services, supporting customers, managing service timelines, and ensuring products and documentation are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Coordination
- Schedule aviation equipment inspections and service appointments based on technician availability and customer requirements.




- Communicate accurate service lead times and provide regular updates to clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate technician assignments and monitor workloads to ensure service commitments are met.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company system.

- Shipping, Receiving Administration

- Receive, inspect, and process aviation safety equipment.
- Prepare packing slips, certificates, and shipping documentation.
- Pick, package, and ship customer orders accurately.
