Business Development Manager
Location: North York, ON (Victoria Park and 401) – On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (DOE)

Winters Technical Staffing, proudly serving Canada for over 55 years, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a winning attitude, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, secure, and manage new client relationships

- Gain a thorough understanding of clients' products and manufacturing processes

- Meet with hiring decision-makers to present our full range of services

- Prepare professional responses to RFPs

- Develop customized PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients

- Collaborate with the recruiting team to review candidates submitted for job orders

Qualifications:





- 5–10 years of proven sales experience

- Post-secondary education (University or College degree)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Provincial Health & Safety policies

- Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency

- Robust business acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences

- Tenacious, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines

- Self-motivated, high-energy, team-oriented, and enthusiastic
