Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident and family concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe setting for clients
• Observe and report safety issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with other care agencies as needed
• Attend in-service training to enhance skills
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with hands-on training
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
