Drive security excellence as a Team Lead for Security Training Programs. Your responsibility is to enhance safety measures through expert training and operational oversight across shifts and locations.

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Corporate Security Services, you'll be instrumental in preparing security personnel to handle various scenarios through tailored training programs. Overseeing incident response and ensuring adherence to corporate policies are key aspects of your responsibilities, requiring solid leadership and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage training for security officers
• Conduct incident response evaluations and oversight
• Schedule shifts and provide operational support




• Travel between corporate sites to ensure compliance
• Respond to emergencies on-call as required

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Proven experience in security operations leadership
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Understanding of security regulations and practices
• CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
