Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of individual support strategies
• Use a Big Brother & Big Sister mentorship model
• Manage crisis interventions effectively




• Encourage participation in community activity programs
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or University Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with youth
• Current Broad Sector and Child Welfare Checks
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
• Insurance coverage on your vehicle
