This role, reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations & HR Services, focuses on supporting the integration of HR systems within the Hamilton Police Service. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize system functionality, gather business requirements, and validate system performance. Critical tasks include configuring HR software, testing, and resolving issues with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate HR systems integration and planning activities
• Maintain documentation such as process maps and rules




• Analyze and optimize workflows for system efficiency
• Provide ongoing support and training for system users
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with vendors

Requirements:
• Three years of HR Systems experience required
• Proven skills in implementing HRIS solutions
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with change management processes
• Valid Class G Driver’s License needed
