Join Discovery Community College as a Student Services Administrator. This full time position in Kelowna focuses on enhancing student enrollment and providing exceptional administrative support.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing student records, coordinating class schedules, and assisting with financial aid inquiries. Your contributions will ensure compliance with institutional policies while delivering a warm welcome to campus visitors. Opportunities for growth and leadership exist within the College.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support enrollment processes and eligibility inquiries for students
• Maintain accurate student records and financial documentation
• Assist with class schedules and internal communications




• Facilitate event coordination and logistical operations
• Provide front-line IT support and manage office workflows

Requirements:
• High school diploma; related post-secondary education preferred
• 1-3 years in administrative, clerical, or help desk roles
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and databases
• Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
