Become an Outreach Support Mentor at Life’s Journey Inc. in Winnipeg. This permanent, full time role focuses on skillful mentoring and meeting participant needs through dedicated support.

As an Outreach Support Mentor, you will ensure all requirements of the Outreach and Spectrum Connections programs are met. Collaborate effectively with the Drop-in Coordinator, other mentors, and clinical staff to monitor and plan meaningful activities for participants. You will also engage in program administration while promoting positive interactions within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants with their program planning activities
• Work alongside the Drop-in Coordinator and Outreach team




• Follow organizational policies and ensure participant safety
• Facilitate strong relationships based on trust and effective communication
• Assist in limited program administration tasks

Requirements:
• Prior outreach experience required
• At least two years in related support roles
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle needed
• Completion of background checks
• Certification in First Aid Level 1
