• Perform outbound calls to assist with overdue payments
• Negotiate viable repayment plans with customers
• Document collections activities efficiently

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Minimum of 1-2 years in collections or related roles
• Experience with automated dialing systems an asset
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
