What Will I Do? In this role, you’ll be the go-to professional who keeps everything running smoothly in the Parts Department: Accurately identify and source the right parts for repairs. Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers. Order and receive parts through phone, online systems, and our body shop management system. Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, returning or reordering when necessary.
Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians in line with the production schedule. Track and follow up on outstanding orders, backorders, and credits. Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist technicians, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety policies and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
What We’re Looking For? 1+ year experience in a retail or wholesale automotive parts department.
Solid ability to read, interpret, and understand vendor catalogues.
Familiarity with parts department computer systems.
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
