Hernick Automotive Services is looking for a computer-literate and detail-oriented person to help add interactive parts breakdowns & product listings to our website.

Using a custom website tool we have developed, you will upload equipment diagrams, enter part information, and identify the location of each part on the diagram. Full training will be provided, so previous experience with parts breakdowns or website management is not required.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or anyone who enjoys organized computer work and is comfortable working independently.

This is an in-person position and is not available remotely. We are open to either part-time or full-time applicants.

Responsibilities

- Upload parts breakdowns, diagrams, and related information to our website
- Identify and outline individual parts on equipment diagrams using our custom software
- Enter part numbers, reference numbers, descriptions, and other product information
- Match diagram parts with existing products on our website
- Review completed breakdowns to ensure information and links are accurate
- Organize digital files and product information
- Ask questions and communicate clearly when information is incomplete or unclear
- Assist with other website, product-data, or office projects as needed

- Comfortable working independently for much of the day

Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Photoshop, product data, technical diagrams, or parts catalogues would be helpful, but it is not required.
