Duties

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain an organized dish area, ensuring all items are properly stored and readily accessible for food preparation and service.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in meal assembly and ingredient handling.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and sanitizing work surfaces regularly.




- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely dish turnaround during busy service periods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a protected working environment for all team members.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
- Experience with kitchen operations or food preparation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
