Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service.
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies,



and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pleasant environment.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy weekend shifts.
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate with colleagues and serve guests efficiently.
