Responsabilités du poste

- Respecter l’ensemble des protocoles de sécurité de l’entreprise et des réglementations en vigueur dans le secteur
- Respecter et faire respecter des règles de sécurité strictes, telles que le port de gants et de manches résistants à la chaleur, de masques de protection et de chaussures de sécurité
- Maîtriser les techniques de soudage MIG (soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode métallique) et TIG (soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode de tungstène) en positions à plat, verticale et en hauteur
- Posséder une connaissance pratique des différents métaux et de leurs propriétés, notamment l’acier,



l’acier galvanisé et l’acier inoxydable
- Être capable de découper et de percer du métal selon des tolérances serrées définies à partir de plans
- Préserver l’intégrité des surfaces des plateaux, du rideau de protection et des pinces

Exigences

Formation et expérience

- Certificat de soudage valide délivré par un organisme agréé
- Maîtrise des procédés de soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode métallique (GMAW/MIG) et de soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode de tungstène (GTAW/TIG) en environnement de production
- Capacité à lire et à comprendre les plans techniques et les dessins de production
- Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles, en communication et en collaboration
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol est un atout

Position Responsibilities

- Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations
- Follow and enforce strict safety regulations, such as wearing heat-resistant gloves and sleeves, protective masks, and safety shoes
- Skilled in both MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Possess working knowledge of various metals and their properties, including steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel
- Able to cut and drill metal to close tolerances determined from drawings
- Maintain the integrity of platen surfaces,

Requirements

Education & Experience:
- Valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution
- Proficient in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) processes in a production setting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish competence a plus

Base Pay Range
