We are currently seeking an experienced Window & Door Service Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves traveling to customer locations to assess service concerns, complete repairs, replace components, and ensure windows and doors perform properly. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, industry experience, and a professional approach when working in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose and repair operational, installation, and performance issues involving windows and exterior doors
- Replace sealed glass units, screens, weatherstripping, hardware, locks, handles, and other components
- Adjust windows and doors to improve alignment, operation, security, and weather resistance
- Complete caulking, sealing, and minor installation corrections
- Accurately document service findings, repairs, materials, and follow-up requirements




- Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed work
- Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, equipment, and replacement parts
- Follow company procedures and all applicable health and safety requirements

What You’ll Bring

- Previous window and door installation or service experience is required
- Strong knowledge of residential window and exterior door systems
- Proven troubleshooting, repair, and finishing abilities
- Experience replacing glass, hardware, weatherstripping, and sealants
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduled service appointments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and handle windows, doors, glass, tools, and equipment
