- No experience necessary — we train you
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and on your feet all day
- Able to lift equipment and handle physical work
- Reliable and punctual — routes are scheduled and homeowners are expecting us
- Friendly and presentable — you’re representing the brand at the customer’s front door
- Access to reliable transportation is a plus
- Experience with pressure washing, cleaning, landscaping, or similar labor is a plus but not required
Pay & Perks
- $18–$35/hour to start, based on experience
- Performance bonuses for speed and quality of work
- Room to grow into a route lead role as we expand
