POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.

Schedule: Permanent, day shift position.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Cleaning and performing maintenance duties

Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department,



as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Taking out the trash

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)

High school diploma (SSD)

Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
