Provide essential custodial and security services at Student Housing facilities. This part-time position requires flexibility and includes various cleaning and maintenance tasks.

As a Custodial Worker reporting to the Ancillary Services Manager, you’ll ensure a clean and secure environment for students. You will perform diverse tasks including custodial duties, general maintenance, and security functions. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential to effectively fulfill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine custodial duties and housekeeping tasks
• Conduct exterior building maintenance and report repairs
• Ensure and maintain security in guest rooms and public areas
• Assist during emergencies and evacuations as needed
• Replenish custodial supplies and prepare for events

Requirements:
• High school graduation minimum
• Custodial Training Certificate and WHMIS certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• At least 1 year custodial experience in public settings
• First Aid Certificate preferred
