Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver crisis and behavioral support in mental health settings
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients




• Conduct needs assessments and create treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices
• Keep detailed records of client progress and incidents

Requirements:
• Child and Youth Counselling Diploma or relevant degree
• Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic strategies
• Valid Broad Record Police Check
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
