The HRLSC is hiring two Human Rights Advisors for its temporary full-time contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide legal advice and assistance via telephone to those affected by discrimination. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of human rights and social justice legislation, along with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver legal information to clients by phone
• Guide individuals through Human Rights Tribunal applications




• Document detailed information and prepare summaries

• Apply case management or database system skills

Requirements:
• Interpret Ontario's Human Rights Code
• Excellent listening and explanatory skills
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
