Key Responsibilities:
• Process and stock incoming parts for inventory
• Handle customer inquiries both on-site and over the phone
• Identify and locate parts accurately based on needs
• Keep detailed inventory records in the system
• Create sales orders and manage backorder processes

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in heavy-duty parts
• Valid driver's license is essential
• Solid knowledge of heavy-duty truck components
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in inventory management software
