Join Life’s Journey Inc. as a full time Outreach Support Mentor in Winnipeg, MB, where your primary focus will be on supporting program participants to achieve their goals successfully.

In this permanent position, you will work closely with the Drop-in Coordinator and other team members, ensuring all participant requirements are met and promoting effective communication. The role requires a strong work ethic, personal management capabilities, and interpersonal skills essential for mentoring. Responsibilities include monitoring activities and engaging in program administration as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct participant support within the outreach program
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure adherence to guidelines




• Participate in planning and communication of program activities
• Perform administrative duties related to participant management
• Build positive rapport with participants and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Must have prior outreach experience
• At least two years in a similar support role
• Valid First Aid Level 1 certification
• Background checks including Child and Adult Abuse Registry
• Must possess a reliable vehicle
