Fraser Health Authority is seeking Family Physicians for various roles in Surrey. Join a friendly, collaborative team focused on equitable addiction medicine services.

Multiple positions are available within Fraser Health’s Department of Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services. This includes full-time, part time, and occasional roles as we expand our addiction services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for providing accessible, evidence-based care and may have prior experience in addiction medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide low-barrier access to addiction medicine services
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers
• Cover maternity leave from December 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027




• Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care
• Engage in continuous learning and community involvement

Requirements:
• Active CPSBC license for practice
• Passion for equitable healthcare delivery
• Previous addiction medicine experience is an asset
• ISAM or ABAM certification is beneficial
• CCFP(AM) preferred but not mandatory
