Position: Higher Education Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Construct higher education scenarios for curriculum and program design, faculty senate reviews, and institutional planning cycles.
- Build education tasks in program development, student affairs, research administration, and institutional advancement.
- Develop scenarios using tools like Banner, Workday Student, Canvas, Blackboard, and research systems like Cayuse and InfoEd.
- Apply higher education frameworks and produce academic plans, accreditation documents, and board-level communications.
- Author rubrics to distinguish authentic higher education judgment from generic recall.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5+ years in faculty,



academic administration, or senior operational roles in higher education.
- Direct ownership of academic programs, enrollment initiatives, or strategic priorities.
- Fluency in higher education tools and frameworks, with understanding of budgets, accreditation, and governance.

Preferred

- Experience in rubric, curriculum design, or faculty-training content authorship.
